I have loved this house...the light, the flow, and the old growth burled oak woodwork. I hope the new owner loves it too!

The front slope has always been difficult to mow, but then it began to erode as well. A retaining wall usually never makes a good return on investment and I love flowers and plants, so I researched sun-loving, southern-facing, drought-tolerant plantings that can handle a slope: creeping roses, juniper and stone crop, with accents of Russian sage and silver mound.
